| Business Support Manager Business Support Manager If you're a multi-tasking go-getter interested in moving ahead fast, meet your future position. Business Support Managers work with our Sales Managers to coordinate all non-sales activity in the store. This includes the crucially important preparation of management data reports. These are presented to the Store Management team and Home Office, offering plenty of positive exposure to the higher-ups. Now here's where the multi-tasking comes in. Other important duties include supervising Admin and Inventory Control Specialists, Receivers and ensuring the accuracy of all store shipments. Then there is also the role of store Manager on Duty. This means driving sales and generally doing everything in your power to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
